CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICY You can book online or by phone New clients are required to put a card on file For the safety and comfort of all guests, no children/minors or extra guests are allowed at your appointment unless they are receiving a service. Our treatment room contains professional products and equipment not suited for underage guests. Our lobby also cannot accommodate unattended minors, as we share the space with other providers. Payment Methods We accept payments via Cash, Card, Cash App, and Tap Pay. No checks are accepted. Same-Day Appointments Contact us to check for availability. Cancellations • Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 75% cancellation fee. • Clients who cancel and do not reschedule will be charged the cancellation fee. Snow Days / Sick Days / Emergencies • If you’re unable to attend due to weather, illness, or an emergency, please reschedule as soon as possible to avoid fees when applicable. Excessive Cancellations • Frequent cancellations or reschedules may require a 75% fee or payment in full before booking. Late Policy • Please contact us if you’re running late. • 10 minutes late: $15 late fee • 15+ minutes late: appointment must be rescheduled and a fee may apply. No Call / No Show • No call/no shows are charged a 75% cancellation fee. • Repeated no call/no shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
